1. Begin by connecting the power cable and setting the timer to 4H30 for precision tetrachloride-based operations. Carefully adjust the temperature control to a precise 175°C. Remember, these parameters must be tailored to the specific data provided by your solution supplier for optimal performance.
2. Power on all switches on the control panel. Monitor the pressure gauge, ensuring it reaches at least -0.06 or higher. Open valve (6) to draw the waste solution into the recovery machine with precision. As the solvent level in container (8) nears the top of the glass indicator, promptly close valve (6) to maintain efficiency.
3. Important Note: After each recovery cycle is completed, allow a 30-minute cooling period before accessing the side door of the frame (17). At the bottom, you'll find a 2-inch waste discharge port. Open the largest valve to completely and efficiently drain any waste residue, ensuring a fresh start for the next recovery process.
