1. First, connect the power cable securely. Set the timer precisely to 4H30 for tetrachloride-based operations and finely adjust the temperature control to a precise 175°C. Ensure all parameters are finely tuned according to the specific data provided by your solution supplier for optimal performance.
2. Activate all switches on the sophisticated control panel and monitor until the pressure gauge (19) indicates a level of -0.06 or higher. Then, carefully open valve (6) to initiate the drawing of the waste solution into the powerful recovery machine. Once the solvent level in container (8) nears the top of the glass, promptly close valve (6) to ensure safe containment.
3. Important Note: After completion of each meticulous recovery process, allow a 30-minute cooling period before gently opening the side door of the frame (17). At the base, a 2-inch waste discharge port awaits; opening the largest valve will completely and effectively drain the waste residue, ensuring readiness for the next recovery operation.
