1. Begin by securely connecting the power cable. Set the timer precisely to 4H30 for operations involving tetrachloride-based solutions. Adjust the temperature control with precision to 175°C. It's essential that these parameters are tailored according to the specific data provided by your solution supplier for optimal performance.
2. Power on all switches on the control panel to initiate the process. Monitor the pressure gauge carefully, ensuring it reaches -0.06 or above. Proceed by opening valve (6), allowing the waste solution to be efficiently drawn into the recovery machine. Pay close attention to the solvent level indicator in (8); once it nears the top of the glass, promptly close valve (6) to maintain optimal operation.
3. Important Note: Upon completion of each recovery process, it is crucial to wait for a full 30 minutes before accessing the frame's side door (17). At the base, you will find a 2-inch waste discharge port. Open the largest valve completely to drain all waste residue thoroughly before embarking on the next recovery cycle, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
