1. Begin by securely connecting the power cable. For operations involving tetrachloride-based solvents, set the timer precisely to 4 hours and 30 minutes. Adjust the temperature control meticulously to 175°C, ensuring optimal operation. Remember, these parameters should always align with the data provided by your specific solution supplier for maximum efficiency.
2. Activate every switch on the control panel, and attentively monitor the pressure gauge. Once the pressure indicator (19) ascends to -0.06 or higher, proceed by opening valve (6). Carefully draw the waste solution into the recovery machine. As the solvent level in chamber (8) nears the uppermost part of the glass, promptly close valve (6) to maintain system balance.
3. Important Note: After the completion of each recovery cycle, it is essential to wait a full 30 minutes before accessing the side door of frame (17). Located at the bottom is a 2-inch waste discharge port. To ensure thorough cleansing, open the largest valve, allowing complete drainage of waste residue, subsequently preparing the machine for the next recovery process.
