1. Begin by connecting the power cable securely. For tetrachloride-based operations, set the timer to a precise 4H30 and adjust the temperature control to a perfect 175°C. Remember, these settings should be meticulously tailored based on the specific data provided by your solution supplier to ensure optimal performance.
2. Activate all switches on the control panel with confidence. Observe the pressure gauge (19) diligently; once it achieves -0.06 or above, proceed by opening valve (6) to smoothly draw the waste solution into the recovery machine. As the solvent level in gauge (8) nears the top of the glass, promptly close valve (6) for efficient operation.
3. Important: After each recovery process concludes, allow a 30-minute interval before opening the side door of the frame (17). At the bottom, a 2-inch waste discharge port awaits. Open the largest valve completely to ensure thorough drainage of waste residue, preparing the machine for the next recovery cycle.
