1. Begin by securely connecting the power cable. For tetrachloride-based operations, set the timer precisely to 4H30 and adjust the temperature control meticulously to 175°C. Remember, these parameters should be fine-tuned based on the specific requirements provided by your solution supplier to ensure optimal performance.
2. Proceed to activate all switches on the control panel. Monitor closely until the pressure gauge (19) reaches -0.06 or higher. At this stage, open valve (6) to introduce the waste solution into the recovery machine. Be vigilant as the solvent level in indicator (8) rises towards the top of the glass, then promptly close valve (6) to maintain precision and safety.
3. Important Note: Post completion of each recovery process, it is crucial to wait for a full 30 minutes before opening the side door of frame (17). At the bottom, there is a strategically positioned 2-inch waste discharge port. Open the largest valve to thoroughly drain all waste residue, ensuring the machine is ready for the subsequent recovery cycle.
