1. Start by connecting the power cable to energize the system. For tetrachloride-based operations, meticulously set the timer to 4 hours and 30 minutes. Carefully adjust the temperature control to an optimal 175°C, ensuring precision. These parameters should be tailored to the specific guidance provided by your solution supplier for peak performance.
2. Engage all switches on the control panel to initiate operations. Patiently monitor until the pressure gauge (19) ascends to a reading of -0.06 or higher. Then, seamlessly open valve (6) to channel the waste solution into the recovery machine. Vigilantly observe the solvent level indicator in gauge (8); as it approaches the upper limit of the glass, promptly close valve (6) to maintain system integrity.
3. Important: Post-recovery, allow a 30-minute interval before accessing the side door of frame (17). At the base, you'll find a 2-inch waste discharge port. Fully open the largest valve to ensure a thorough and complete drainage of waste residue, preparing the unit for the next recovery cycle.
