1. Begin by connecting the power cable. For tetrachloride-based operations, set the timer precisely to 4H30. Adjust the temperature control to a steady 175°C. Ensure all parameters are meticulously adjusted according to the specific data provided by the solution supplier, guaranteeing optimal safety and performance.
2. Activate all switches on the control panel. Await until the pressure indicator (19) achieves a reading of -0.06 or above. Proceed to open valve (6) to draw the waste solution into the recovery machine. As the solvent level in indicator (8) nears the top of the glass, promptly close valve (6) to ensure efficient recovery without overflow.
3. Important: After every recovery process, it is essential to wait a full 30 minutes before accessing the side door of the frame (17). At the base, you'll find a 2-inch waste discharge port. Open the largest valve completely to thoroughly drain any waste residue, setting the stage for the next seamless and efficient recovery operation.
