1. Begin by securely connecting the power cable. For tetrachloride-based operations, set the timer to a precise 4 hours and 30 minutes, and adjust the temperature control to an exact 175°C. Please ensure these parameters are meticulously adjusted in accordance with the detailed data provided by your solution supplier to guarantee optimal performance.
2. Activate all switches on the control panel seamlessly. Monitor closely as the pressure indicator (19) ascends to -0.06 or greater. Upon reaching this threshold, open valve (6) to efficiently draw the waste solution into the recovery machine. Once the solvent level in indicator (8) nears the top of the glass, promptly close valve (6) to maintain system integrity.
3. Important Note: Following the completion of each recovery process, it's imperative to allow a 30-minute cool-down period before cautiously opening the frame's side door (17). At the base, locate the 2-inch waste discharge port. Open the largest valve fully to ensure the complete drainage of waste residue, thereby preparing the machine for the next efficient recovery cycle.
