1. Begin by connecting the power cable to initiate your process. For tetrachloride-based operations, precisely set the timer to 4 hours and 30 minutes, ensuring optimal results. Adjust the temperature control to a precise 175°C as per the specifications from your solution supplier. These parameters are crucial and should be tailored to the data provided.
2. Engage all switches on the intuitive control panel and monitor closely until the pressure (19) achieves -0.06 or higher. Then proceed to open valve (6) to seamlessly draw the waste solution into the recovery machine. Pay attention as the solvent level in section (8) nears the top of the glass; at that moment, securely close valve (6) to maintain system integrity.
3. Important Note: Following the completion of each recovery cycle, it is essential to allow a 30-minute cooling period prior to accessing the side door of frame (17). Located at the bottom, the convenient 2-inch waste discharge port can be utilized by opening the largest valve to efficiently drain all waste residue, prepping the system for the next recovery cycle.
