1. Begin by connecting the power cable to energize your operation. Set the timer precisely to 4 hours and 30 minutes for processes involving tetrachloride, and ensure the temperature control is meticulously adjusted to 175°C. It is crucial that these parameters are tailored to the specific data provided by your solution supplier for optimal performance.
2. Power up all switches on the intuitive control panel and patiently wait for the pressure indicator to rise to -0.06 or higher. At this point, open valve (6) and channel the waste solution seamlessly into the recovery machine. As the solvent level within chamber (8) nears the top of the glass, deftly close valve (6) to maintain safety and efficiency.
3. Important Note: After the completion of each recovery cycle, allow a 30-minute cooling period before opening the side door of frame (17). At the bottom, you'll find a 2-inch waste discharge port-open the largest valve here to ensure complete drainage of waste residue, setting the stage for the next recovery process.
