1. Connect the power cable. Set the timer to 4H30 for tetrachloride-based operations and adjust the temperature control to 175°C. The parameters must be adjusted based on the data provided by the solution supplier.
2. Turn on all switches on the control panel. Wait until the pressure (19)reaches -0.06 or above. Open valve (6) and draw the waste solution into the recovery machine. Once the solvent level in (8) approaches the top of the glass, close valve (6).
3. Note: After each recovery process is completed, wait for 30 minutes before opening the side door of the frame (17). At the bottom, there is a 2-inch waste discharge port. Open the largest valve to completely drain the waste residue before starting the next recovery.
