1. Begin by securely connecting the power cable. For tetrachloride-based operations, set the timer to a precise 4H30 and carefully adjust the temperature control to an optimal 175°C. These parameters should be fine-tuned in accordance with the data provided by the solution supplier to ensure maximum efficiency and safety.
2. Activate all switches located on the control panel to initiate the process. Monitor as the pressure gauge (19) rises to -0.06 or higher. Next, open valve (6) to seamlessly draw the waste solution into the recovery machine. Observe closely and, once the solvent level in chamber (8) nears the top of the glass, promptly close valve (6) to prevent overfilling.
3. Important Note: Once each recovery process concludes, exercise patience by waiting for a full 30 minutes before opening the side door of frame (17). At the bottom, you'll find a 2-inch waste discharge port. Fully open the largest valve to thoroughly drain all waste residue, thus preparing the machine for the next cycle of recovery with efficiency and ease.
