Use method:
1. Dilute this product with tap water or ethanol in a ratio,
Blister varnish 100: water or ethanol 10-20
2. If the concentration increases during use, please replenish water in a timely manner
3. The coating amount varies depending on the paper, and it is recommended to use 4-8g/m2
4. The temperature for vacuum forming varies depending on the shell, and it is recommended to be above 150 ºC for 5-8 seconds. If encountering PVC shells, the temperature should be appropriately lowered
Notes:
1.The coating amount should be based on the principle of meeting the requirements of the paper.
2.If certain inks come into conflict with this product, please stop using and contact our company.
3. The dilution ratio of tap water should not be too high, otherwise it will result in poor ink removal and vacuum forming effect of the product. The dilution ratio should also not be too low, otherwise it will cause paper sticking phenomenon.
4. After the paper is coated and dried, please place it vertically. After it is completely dried, place it flat. It is recommended to store and transport the paper vertically after coating and drying.
5. The vacuum forming process is the last step in the printing process. Due to various variables during the printing process, such as changes in paper, bubble shell, baking temperature, transportation conditions, and final vacuum forming temperature, it is recommended to make small samples for different batches before mass production. Otherwise, our company will not bear any responsibility.
