1. Begin by connecting the power cable and setting the timer for 4 hours and 30 minutes when using tetrachloride-based solutions. Adjust the temperature control to precisely 175°C. Ensure these parameters are finely tuned according to the data provided by your solution supplier for optimal performance.
2. Activate all switches on the control panel, allowing the pressure to build until it reaches -0.06 or above. Proceed by opening valve (6) to draw the waste solution into the recovery machine. Monitor the solvent level in (8) meticulously, and once it nears the top of the glass indicator, promptly close valve (6) to maintain efficiency and safety.
3. Important Note: After completing each recovery process, it is critical to wait for a 30-minute cooldown period before opening the side door of the frame (17). At the bottom lies a 2-inch waste discharge port; open the largest valve to ensure a thorough drainage of the waste residue before embarking on the next recovery cycle.
