1. Begin by securely connecting the power cable, ensuring a stable energy source. Set the timer precisely to 4 hours and 30 minutes for operations involving tetrachloride. Adjust the temperature control to a precise 175°C. Remember, these parameters should be finely tuned according to the data provided by your solution supplier to ensure optimal performance.
2. Activate all switches on the control panel with care. Monitor the pressure until it rises to a minimum of -0.06 or higher. Open valve (6) and allow the waste solution to be gently drawn into the recovery machine. Once the solvent level in container (8) nears the top of the glass, promptly close valve (6) to prevent overflow.
3. Important Note: After completing each recovery process, allow the machine to rest for 30 minutes before opening the side door of the frame (17). At the bottom, there is a 2-inch waste discharge port. Ensure to open the largest valve to fully drain the waste residue, facilitating a clean start for the subsequent recovery process.
